Guardian Angel Home Care Services, Inc., located in the heart of Shaler Township in the North Hills of Allegheny County has been providing affordable, high quality in-home care since 2001.  Through extraordinary care management, and home organization, our Company has made it possible for mature adults, stroke victims, alzheimer patients, post operative individuals, and many others to remain living safely in the comfort of their homes.   

Stacey L. Perry, Founder and CEO, uses her Nursing and Business background to assess the needs of our clients and then work together with the client and/or their family to customize a care plan specifically tailored to meet the needs of the client.  Soon after, a trained, professional caregiver is matched based on compatiblity.

"Meeting with my clients and/or their family is the most exciting part of my work.  This allows me to ensure that they will receive the care they deserve."  Once a care plan has been established, the caregiver can begin providing piece of mind to the client and family members by knowing that their daily tasks such as light housekeeping, bathing, dressing, companionship, medication reminders, grocery shopping, safety in the home, and many other essential needs are being met.    

 Our Caregivers

Our services are of a non-medical nature; therefore, our caregivers are not required to be registered nurses.  This allows us to offer affordable in-home care at a fraction of the cost of a registered nurse.

Our caregivers are totally committed, highly qualified, and carefully selected individuals who are personally and thoroughly screened.  A criminal back-ground check, prior work experience, and three personal reference checks are all a part of our hiring process. 

All caregivers are trained according to the Pennsylvania Department of Aging's curriculum and our Company Policy.  Additionally, all caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified, are bonded and insured, and have completed a pre-employment physical, and TB Test prior to their start date.

Most importantly, our caregivers are dependable, extremely compassionate and caring individuals.

Guardian Angel Home Care Services, Inc. is a recognized service provider for the Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging, and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging.

In 2006 we became a proud member of the National Private Duty Association, an association open to only reputable home care agencies with proven credentials.

Additionally, we have been  accredited by the Home Caregivers Accreditation of America, LLC for meeting and exceeding their high standards of in-home services.
